Description
Nohmen is a supporting antagonist in Mission: Yozakura Family. He is the former owner of the luxury hotel Dandy Lion and was once a member of the criminal organization Tanpopo. At some point in his past, he came to owe his life to Makoto Kawashita, a high-ranking member of Tanpopo, and remained loyal to him thereafter. Nohmen has a cold and serious personality, rarely showing emotion. He is a large, pale man with short black hair combed back, pitch-black eyes, and no eyebrows. He typically wears a navy blue suit with a white shirt and a spotted red tie.

Nohmen’s primary motivation is his debt to Kawashita, which drives him to assist in Kawashita’s schemes. His role in the story occurs during the Tanpopo Invasion Arc, where he operates out of the Dandy Lion Hotel. He is responsible for creating a counterfeit version of the Yozakura family’s secret drug Someinine, which he calls Hazakura. He uses this drug against the protagonist Taiyo Asano, putting Taiyo in danger. However, with help from Shinzo Yozakura, Taiyo escapes, and Nohmen is forced to retreat for the time being.

Nohmen’s notable ability is his development and use of the Hazakura drug, which mimics the effects of the Yozakura family’s Someinine. Beyond this, he is a skilled spy and hotel manager. His key relationships include his allegiance to Makoto Kawashita and his adversarial encounters with Taiyo Asano and the Yozakura family. Nohmen shows little development over the course of the story, remaining a devoted subordinate and a capable but ultimately secondary threat.
