Description
Papa, whose given name is Robin, is the Earth father of Momo in the 1982 anime series Magical Princess Minky Momo, known in English as Fairy Princess Minky Momo. He is a veterinarian who runs a pet shop, and he also travels around the world to work with zoos and to take part in animal protection campaigns. He and his wife, Mama, are a young married couple who long for a child but have none, and the story begins with the two of them expressing their sadness over being childless. When Momo arrives on Earth from the land of dreams, Fenarinarsa, the couple accepts her as their own daughter from the start, treating her as though she had always been their child.
Papa is a warm, good-natured and devoted family man.
