Description
O Pai, known in the original version as Papa, is the father of Bonta and Suzuko in Oraa Guzura Dado and the head of the suburban household that takes in Guzura, the little monster who hatches from an egg and comes to live with the family. He is an ordinary salaried worker who goes to work each day to provide for his wife and children, and he represents the everyday adult world against which much of the series' comedy takes place.
In personality, he is a serious, mild-mannered, and patient man. He is not an excitable or aggressive figure; rather, he is the type who comes home tired from work and lets out a sigh when he finds that Guzura has caused another commotion. Despite his exasperation, he remains fundamentally warm-hearted and rarely holds a grudge for long. He is essentially a good-natured person who, even after dealing with the destruction caused by Guzura's enormous appetite for iron and metal objects, ultimately forgives the monster and lets the matter pass.
