Miyuki Rokujo is a student at St. Miator Academy on Astraea Hill, where she serves as the student council president. She comes from a distinguished historical family and is sometimes referred to as the Princess of the Rokujo family. She is a fifth-year student with chin-length blue hair and hazel eyes, and is described as tall and slim. On the surface, Miyuki appears businesslike, stern, and somewhat cold, yet she can be very understanding and sensitive. Her best friend, Shizuma Hanazono, describes her as a crybaby, revealing a softer emotional side beneath her strict exterior. Miyuki is driven by a strong sense of duty and strives to maintain discipline and order within the school. Her close bond with Shizuma also motivates her to support and protect her friend, even when Shizuma's behavior frustrates her. As the student council president, Miyuki frequently scolds Shizuma when the latter neglects her responsibilities as the Etoile, the highest student honor. This creates a dynamic that resembles a mother-child relationship, though the roles were reversed when the two first became roommates years earlier. After the death of Kaori Sakuragi, Miyuki became Shizuma's assistant and remained an important confidante. Their long personal history gives them deep insight into each other, and Miyuki is known to forgive Shizuma's indiscretions because of their shared past. Over the course of the story, Miyuki develops from a more rigid figure into someone who shows greater emotional vulnerability, and her role shifts from being the more dependent party to becoming a caretaker.
