Yoshitsune Minamotonokuro is a 14-year-old first-year student at Yamashiro Academy, standing 158 cm tall with a slender build. She possesses yellow eyes and waist-length blonde hair, styled with blunt bangs and distinctive drill-like curls. Her typical attire includes a hat, dress, and stockings.

As an S-class fighter, she demonstrates exceptional combat proficiency, wielding an unusually long katana with significant skill. During the "Extravaganza Epoch" OVA, she undertakes a mission with Benkei to confront Sousou. Her strategy involves Benkei creating a distraction while she executes a swift attack, slicing Sousou's eyes with her katana to blind him while taunting him.

Despite blinding Sousou and stealing his Magatama, Sousou adapts to anticipate her movements, ultimately defeating her despite his impaired vision. Benkei retrieves her from the battlefield, resulting in a partially successful mission due to acquiring Sousou's Magatama.

Subsequently, she travels by train with Benkei toward Kansai. In a later manga storyline, Benkei departs briefly to issue orders to subordinates. Upon returning, he discovers Yoshitsune holding her katana with one of her severed hands still gripping the weapon. The circumstances of this injury remain undetailed.
