Yuiko Tatsumi is a Japanese voice actress born on September 17, 1987, in Osaka Prefecture. She is affiliated with the talent agency I'm Enterprise. Standing 154 cm tall, her blood type is O.

Tatsumi began her path to becoming a voice actress while in university, enrolling in a voice actor training school at the same time she started her higher education. After one year, she progressed to the Osaka school of the Japan Narration Acting Institute. She subsequently became affiliated with I'm Enterprise. In the spring of 2009, after completing all necessary credits for her university degree, she moved to Tokyo and transferred her training to the institute's Tokyo branch. She graduated from both university and the training institute in March 2010. It is reported that she graduated from a law faculty, potentially from Osaka City University.

Her debut role, and first main role, came in 2008 when she voiced Riko Suminoe in the original animation DVD OAD of Kiss×sis. This marked the beginning of her professional career in anime.

Throughout her career, Tatsumi has built an extensive filmography across television anime, original video animations, and video games. In television animation, some of her notable roles include Shizuku Kitayama in the The Irregular at Magic High School franchise, a role she has reprised across multiple series including The Honor Student at Magic High School and The Irregular at Magic High School: Visitor Arc. She is also known for playing Mio Nishizono in Little Busters!. Other significant TV anime roles include Eleanora Foschurose in Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear, Haruka Hasebe in Classroom of the Elite II, Hishi Amazon in the Uma Musume Pretty Derby series, Neru-sama in Makeruna!! Aku no Gundan!, Miyabi in By the Grace of the Gods, Tone Honmachi in Dropout Idol Fruit Tart, Shima-tan in Etotama, Midori Hagino in X-Maiden, Ekoda-chan in Rinshi!! Ekoda-chan, Kana-chan in The Highschool Life of a Fudanshi, and Noa in Cuticle Detective Inaba. Her work also extends to roles in series such as Problem children are coming from another world, aren't they? as Leticia Draculair, Bodacious Space Pirates as April Lambert, Softenni! as Azusa Mizumori, and Il sole penetra le illusioni ~ Day Break Illusion as Ginka Shirokane.

In addition to her anime work, Tatsumi has voiced characters in numerous video games. Her game roles include Philosophia in Granblue Fantasy, Bremerton in Azur Lane, Premiere in the Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization and Fatal Bullet games, and Agitha in Hyrule Warriors.

Tatsumi announced her marriage to a man outside the entertainment industry on December 30, 2017. She later announced the birth of her first child in 2022 and a second child in 2024.
