Description
Kemet is a young male character from the anime The Most Heretical Last Boss Queen: From Villainess to Savior. He is a child with black hair cut to ear length and brown eyes, and his appearance includes elf-like ears. Along with another child named Sefec, Kemet is an orphan of unknown parentage who lived as a runaway before being taken in by a former criminal named Val. It was Val who gave him the name Kemet, which is said to mean the number three in a foreign language, chosen because Kemet was three years old at the time.

In terms of personality, Kemet is portrayed as having a fairly timid and cautious nature, often allowing the more emotional Sefec to take the lead. However, this timidity does not mean he is weak-willed; when a situation is truly important, he demonstrates significant resolve and does not back down. Having moved from the lower classes and faced the danger of being kidnapped and sold into human trafficking, he possesses a surprising degree of boldness. When faced with enemies, he does not hesitate to use force, including throwing knives or even stabbing when necessary. He is also described as being quite rational, often displaying more logical judgment than his more impulsive sibling Sefec.

Kemet's primary motivation is tied to his found family. He deeply admires Val, thinking of him as cool, and views his relationship with Val and Sefec as one of absolute protection—where Sefec is someone he wants to protect, and Val is the one who absolutely protects both of them. This bond is the central axis of his character and the source of his emotional strength.

His role in the story begins as a victim, as he and Sefec are abducted by a human trafficking organization, an event that places them at the center of a major rescue mission led by Princess Pride. Following their rescue, Val swears loyalty to the royal family, and Kemet, along with Sefec, is taken under the wing of Princess Pride. He is later appointed as an exclusive courier for the royal family alongside Val and Sefec. This role places him in service to the crown, utilizing his unique abilities for diplomatic and operational tasks.

Kemet's most significant relationships are with his foster siblings and guardian. He is incredibly close to Val, seeing him as a cool and protective father figure, and to Sefec, whom he sees as a sibling to be protected. He also develops a respectful relationship with Princess Pride, whom he comes to see as a wonderful princess, and with her sister Tiara, who teaches him how to read, write, and throw knives, forming a close bond with her over their shared training. He is also friendly with other members of the court, such as the chancellor Gilbert and a friend of Val's named Leon.

Kemet undergoes notable development, primarily in his understanding and control of his own power. Initially, his abilities are limited by psychological factors, only working on Val and Sefec because they are the only people he truly trusts and considers family. A key moment in his development occurs during a critical battle when he sees someone dying. Despite his power failing to manifest initially due to panic, he forces himself to relent, and with Val's support, successfully heals a fatal wound using his abilities. This marks the first time he exercises his power of his own free will for someone outside his immediate family. After this, he comes to a deeper realization about his feelings, understanding that Sefec is the person he wants to protect and that Val is the person who absolutely protects them both.

Kemet's most notable ability is a rare and powerful special ability that greatly amplifies the powers of others he comes into physical contact with. The amplification rate is immense; he can enhance Sefec's minor water production into a high-pressure water cannon, and elevate Val's ability to manipulate rubble into full-scale terrain manipulation. The ability's activation is tied to Kemet's psychological state, functioning only for people he has a deep emotional connection with. While it initially causes the recipient pain due to the sudden surge in power, it does not seem to tire them out quickly. As he grows, the amplification can last for up to two days even after he loses contact with the recipient. In addition to his primary power, Kemet is also proficient in knife throwing, having been taught by Val, and he shows considerable skill and accuracy with this weapon.
