Description
Lin is a central character in the manga and anime series Fist of the North Star. She is introduced as a young orphan living in a small village during the post-apocalyptic aftermath of a nuclear war. Lin lost her ability to speak after witnessing the murder of her family, including her parents and an older brother, by bandits. The trauma left her mute until she encountered Kenshiro, the successor of the Hokuto Shinken martial art. Kenshiro restored her voice using his pressure-point techniques, and after he saved her from the bandit Zeed, Lin became infatuated with him and joined him on his journey alongside the young thief Bat.
