Futaba Yozakura is the eldest daughter and second child of the tenth generation of the Yozakura family. Born on February 2, she stands at 134 centimeters tall and has a youthful appearance that contradicts her age of twenty at the start of the story. She has very pale skin, long white hair usually styled in twin tails, and red eyes. Her typical fashion is gothic lolita clothing, which she prefers to wear at all times. Despite her small stature, she holds the rank of Gold spy and is a formidable martial artist who specializes in a Yozakura-style soft technique known as shidare kumite, a form of grappling that focuses on redirecting an opponent's force rather than meeting it head on. She is also known to possess superhuman strength.

She is the most caring of the Yozakura siblings and often takes on a motherly role within the household, looking after her brothers and sister with a firm but loving hand.
