Mami Miura is a second-year student at Houshou Private High School, characterized by pale skin, shoulder-length pink hair usually styled in twin pigtails, pink eyes, and a petite stature shorter than her peers. Her initial attire includes a salmon-colored shawl featuring a white collar and red gem, a pink frilly dress, pale pink high heels, and a white daisy hair clip; she later discards the shawl on the island.
Initially timid and quiet, Mami prefers to remain in the background while others take charge and panics easily when encountering the island's dangerous insects. Despite her innocent appearance, she exhibits manipulative tendencies, specifically exploiting Ayumi Matsuoka's attraction to girls to gain protection.
