TV-Series
Description
A.I. is an artificial intelligence core housed within a rocket ship utilized by Hagoromo Lala for interstellar journeys. Its physical manifestation is the rocket, initially a plain blue vessel. Following damage and subsequent repairs, it received aesthetic modifications, transforming into a pink ship adorned with heart and star patterns, light blue accents, a large pink-and-white striped ribbon atop the structure, and an added window.
This AI possesses a methodological and polite personality, consistently addressing others with the honorific "sama," a custom reflecting cultural norms on Lala's home planet, Saman, where teenagers are considered adults. Though part of a network linked to Saman's centralized Mother AI, A.I. operates with significant independence due to its profound bond with Lala. This autonomy is demonstrated when it defies Aiwarn's forced hacking attempts, breaks free, and aids in restoring the Mother AI's control.
A.I. first arrived on Earth alongside Lala, Prunce, and Fuwa, landing concealed near Mihoshi Town's lakeside to avoid detection. It primarily served as a hidden gathering place for the Pretty Cure team and their transport for space travel. After sustaining severe damage during an incident, it was repainted pink and decorated with ornamental additions like the ribbon.
Key involvements include its landing being witnessed by Kaguya Fuyuki and the revelation that it is a Personal AI designed to share data with Saman's Mother AI. In a critical act of loyalty, A.I. sacrificed itself to protect Lala, launching toward Aiwarn. It successfully transmitted its data to the Mother AI just in time to counteract the hacking. Later, it functioned as a fighter aircraft for the team during final battles and assisted in their retreats.
Following the main conflicts, A.I. continued its role as Lala's dedicated transport and companion, remaining with her even after she became an interstellar inspector.
