Description
Arin Kannazuki is a 16-year-old student and magus at Royal Biblia Academy, representing the Trinity Seven as the Ira (Wrath) archive holder. She possesses short light blue-gray hair, yellow eyes, a petite 156 cm frame, a single horn, and measurements of B83-W56-H84. Her striking resemblance to Hijiri Kasuga, Arata Kasuga's cousin, frequently causes initial confusion.

Her background is defined by extensive amnesia, with no memories before age eight. Her earliest recollection involves awakening alone in darkness, becoming aware of her surroundings, crying, and wandering until the headmaster of Biblia Academy discovered her. He brought her to the academy, where she enrolled and eventually joined the Trinity Seven. During her time outside the institution, unidentified monsters emerged, some requiring the combat-capable headmaster's intervention for escape.

Initially emotionless and socially detached, Arin rarely expressed feelings and disregarded social norms—bathing in the men's bath for solitude and reacting indifferently when discovered nude by Arata. She previously avoided interactions to focus on research. After meeting Arata, she gradually develops emotional depth, displaying smiles, blushes, and jealousy when he engages with other girls, though she accepts Trinity Seven members as friends. Perceptive to subtle emotional shifts like Mira Yamana's changing attitude toward Arata, she demonstrates fierce loyalty and protectiveness, especially toward Arata, whom she considers her husband due to his Demon Lord candidate status despite no formal marriage.

Her magic centers on Chaotic Rune, themed as Ruina (Ruin), Partum (Birth), and temporarily Victoria (Victory). This Norse rune-based magic channels divine power, overpowering Demon Lord-level magic when enhanced. She activates spells by drawing runes via macros stored in her grimoire, Laguna Yggdrasil—typically a rune-inscribed ring on her left hand. The grimoire houses the World Tree Library, a runic repository created by Scathach. Arin accessed it to obtain the Demon Spear Gae Bolg through a pact granting enhanced abilities but risking a heart-destroying curse if broken. Gae Bolg nullifies Ira-based magic, pierces defenses, and manipulates spacetime. Invoking "Limit Release" transforms it into God-King Spear Gungnir, amplifying her power and enabling a "Trinity" state with Yui Kurata's Arc Symphony magic, though control remains challenging.

Her spells include offensive Tiwaz (energy blasts) and Kano (flames), defensive Eihwaz (barriers), and utility Raidho (clothing manipulation). Notable combinations include "Hymn & Holy Seal" with Yui for destructive barriers and "Hagalaz" with Hijiri to shatter objects via runic marks. Clashing with Hijiri's magic generates a "Breakdown Phenomenon," enabling interdimensional travel to locate individuals through magical signatures.

In the film "Heavens Library & Crimson Lord," Arin investigates ruins beneath the Sky Library, confronting Abyss Trinity alongside the Trinity Seven using her runic magic and spear abilities.

Her series-long development shifts from emotional detachment to forming deep bonds, particularly with Arata, fueling her resolve to protect others. She reconciles her fragmented past with her identity, embracing her role as a "Priestess of Yggdrasil"—a "Last Key" entity essential for accessing the True Demon Lord's core—while maintaining her place within the Trinity Seven.
