In this role, he associates with fellow council members Liang Fei and Liang Zheng, and maintains affiliations with Guo Hao, a student possessing hacker skills. During the Demon Emperor incident, Chen Chao fell under the entity's influence, positioning him against Wang Ling in the conflict. He later participated in events involving the Kyuumiya family's activities, wherein this exorcist family attempted to control demons for global domination.
