Kristen McGuire is an American voice actress and ADR director known for her extensive work in English dubs of anime series and video games. Born on August 27, 1985, in Reston, Virginia, she began her professional career not as a performer but as a comic book artist. Her path to voice acting began when she attended a comic convention as a guest of honor and met a voice actor from Funimation. Learning that the company held open auditions, she applied and was invited to audition in June 2013, which led to her being cast in minor roles for a Funimation dub.

Since her debut, McGuire has built a prolific career with over 350 credits across anime and video games. She is frequently recognized for her leading and supporting roles in a wide array of popular series.
