Baselard is an F.A. Girl, an anthropomorphic mecha musume dispatched to the human girl Ao Gennai’s apartment along with Stylet to collect combat and emotional data. She exhibits an energetic and childish personality with a pronounced tendency toward mischief.

As a specialized aerial combat type, her design prioritizes high mobility and guided laser weapon systems. She has light skin, blond hair, and light green eyes. Her protective suit consists of white, light blue, yellow orange, and red metal armor, including a metallic swimsuit-style bikini, black leggings, long white gloves with armored segments, and long black boots with attached metal components. A light blue protective helmet with white horns adorns her head.

In battle, she employs metal machine guns and guided laser weapons. Following her defeat by Gourai, another F.A. Girl, she is allowed to stay at Ao’s residence, where she gradually integrates into a familial group alongside the other F.A. Girls.

A small recharge robot called a Jyuden-kun accompanies her, providing energy replenishment and battle preparations. This unit also functions as a chair, bed, or communication device. She is also known to use an upgraded cleaning robot named Sleipni-taro as a form of transportation or a rideable toy.
