Description
Shiho, known as Justice, governs the Underworld as one of its three highest rulers alongside the Executive and the Legislator. His duties involve enforcing laws and ensuring punishments for Underworld violations. He maintains a strictly professional relationship with the other rulers but displays a distinctively relaxed demeanor in daily life.
His true form manifests as a large spotted leopard, with markings covering his head, back, and tail. He wears bracelets on his front paws and a gold ring encircling his tail, bearing the symbol of Justice. In human guise, he appears as a tired-looking young man with medium-length hair secured in a low ponytail by a golden ring accessory. Dark bags under his eyes are noticeable. His attire includes a spotted kimono over a black shirt and bandaged legs, while retaining the bracelets from his beast form.
Shiho balances apparent laziness with deep professional commitment. He often sleeps for long periods and operates at his own deliberate pace, disliking disruptions. Yet, he acts decisively in his role, such as intervening in conflicts involving the Executive or protecting individuals like Hanae Ashiya. He exhibits kindness, returning Hanae's lost sandal and expressing concern when Hanae suffocated from the Executive's aura.
