Charles Bolton, born Zachary Charles Bolton on August 9, 1981, is an American voice actor, ADR director, and line producer primarily known for his extensive work on English-language dubs of Japanese anime. He is frequently credited under his full stage name, Z. Charles Bolton, as well as Zach Bolton. His career, spanning over two decades, has established him as a multifaceted talent within the industry, contributing both on-screen vocal performances and behind-the-scenes production and direction.

Bolton's voice acting portfolio includes a wide array of supporting and recurring roles across numerous popular anime series. Among his most recognized performances is Sho Hinakawa in the Psycho-Pass franchise, a role he has reprised across Psycho-Pass 2, the feature film Psycho-Pass: The Movie, and the 2023 film Psycho-Pass Providence. He is also known for voicing Ryunosuke Chiba in the Assassination Classroom universe, including the main series, the film Assassination Classroom the Movie: 365 Days' Time, and the spin-off Koro Sensei Quest!.
