Jakurai Jinguji is a doctor and former member of the legendary rap group The Dirty Dawg. He now leads the Shinjuku Division team Matenro under the professional alias ill-DOC. His past includes working as a medic in overseas conflict zones during medical school, where he was also contracted as an assassin. This history fuels his drive for atonement through saving lives.
