Uruuru serves as one of twin priestesses to Yamato alongside her sister Saraana. They are foster daughters of Honoka, personal servant to the Mikado, and were gifted to Haku by the Mikado. This gift ostensibly rewarded Haku for saving Princess Anju, but truly provided support to the Mikado's brother.
Physically, Uruuru possesses pale skin contrasting Saraana's tan. She wears predominantly black attire with white edging, opposite Saraana's white garments with black edging. Both twins share near-identical features: white hair, brownish eyes, and horned headbands. They are typically barefoot. Uruuru stands on the right when paired with her sister, aided by a mnemonic linking her name to the Japanese word for "right" (右, "u").
As the older twin, Uruuru is taciturn and reserved. She communicates in terse slang or short sentences, contrasting Saraana's formal verbosity. Both exhibit absolute loyalty to Haku, embracing their status as gifts and dedicating themselves entirely to his service. They follow him constantly, often using stealth abilities to remain concealed nearby. Their enigmatic nature involves creating deliberate misunderstandings through calm, suggestive remarks, particularly about Haku.
Trained as Kamunagi of Chains, Uruuru and Saraana are skilled in ceremonial dances and elemental magic. They specialize in wide-area combat spells of water and fire. Their capabilities allow concealment from ordinary perception.
Serving as Haku's personal attendants, they manage his daily needs and join his endeavors. Their relationship is defined by submissive devotion, though interactions are occasionally laced with light-hearted mischief. The documented sources focus solely on their role within Haku's story.
