Kuon, Princess of Tuskur, is the daughter of Hakuowlo and Yuzuha. She possesses divine power inherited from Uitsualnemetia, granting inhuman strength and enchantments. Her appearance features long black hair tied with ribbons in a bun and low ponytail, piercing yellow eyes, and a curvy figure. Animal-like traits manifest in strong reactions when her tail is touched or when startled. Raised collectively by Hakuowlo's wives, Kuon refers to multiple women as mothers. Her childhood brimmed with excessive curiosity and avoidance of studies, including bedwetting incidents that led to embarrassment and eventual discipline from Eruruu. Oboro, who carried her as a baby to visit Yuzuha's grave, earned her address as "father," fostering her lifelong wanderlust. Kuon discovered an amnesiac man in a forest, healed him, and appointed herself his guardian, naming him Haku. She exhibits a dual nature: typically kind, yet capable of severe punishment when angered, often targeting Haku with her tail. She displays a voracious appetite and occasional perverse tendencies, such as spying on Haku during baths. A colder persona emerges when wielding her inherited powers, influenced by an internal voice urging her toward darkness. Eruruu misled her into believing overuse would worsen an illness, masking the true risk of losing her humanity. During the events of Mask of Truth, Kuon awakens in Tuskur with fragmented memories of Yamato, including Haku. Discussions with Oboro and Kurou gradually restore her recollection of naming Haku and their shared past. Confronting Yamato's civil war, she initially attempts a solitary return but is persuaded to lead Tuskur's invasion as strategic aid to her allies. As Mikoto of Tuskur, she negotiates with Ennakamuy, demanding neutrality while Tuskur retaliates against Yamato. She taunts and physically confronts Princess Anju to test her resolve, overpowering her easily. Upon encountering Oshtor (Haku impersonating the deceased general), she recognizes Haku's tessen and attacks him in rage for his perceived failure to protect Haku. Their confrontation escalates until Oshtor's Akuruka power repels her. Following the war, Kuon ascends as Empress of Tuskur and declares a union with Yamato under Anju. She relinquishes her duties to search for Haku, who has become the new Onkami Uitsualnemetia (Lord Mashiro). Ten years later, she fully embraces her divine powers, ascends to godhood as Onkami Uitsualnemetia under the name Yukaura, and reunites with Haku/Mashiro.
