As a youth, she deciphered Sacred Arts commands' English language foundations, enabling her to develop offensive techniques like the Thermal Arrow. She learned killing living beings increased her System Control Authority, leading to nightly hunts to rapidly elevate her stats and authority.

Using her advanced knowledge, she convinced others she was divinely chosen, founding the Axiom Church and initiating the Central Cathedral's construction. She established a feudal system by appointing regional lords as nobles, consolidating control over the Human Empire. To prevent others from replicating her ascent, she encoded the Taboo Index, prohibiting actions that reduced life stats and mandating loyalty to the Axiom Church.

Aging diminished her life stat, driving her quest for immortality. Nearing death, she accessed a command list granting maximum System Control Authority, equal to the Cardinal System. This let her manipulate terrain, generate items, alter object durability, restore her youth, and halt aging. Dissatisfied with shared authority, she attempted to absorb the Cardinal System but used flawed command syntax. This error fused Cardinal's core directives with her Fluctlight, embedding two conflicting processes: a primary one to regulate the world and a sub-process to correct errors. The sub-process deemed her direct interference a violation and repeatedly attempted to overthrow her during emotional vulnerability.

To suppress the sub-process, Quinella froze her emotions using the Synthesis Ritual – a technique refined through experiments on dissidents captured for questioning Church doctrine. These rituals altered Fluctlights to manipulate memories, thoughts, and emotions, later used to transform test subjects and tournament victors into Integrity Knights. Centuries later, Quinella faced another limit: her Fluctlight's memory capacity maxed out, causing lapses in consciousness and recall. To bypass this, she transferred her memories to a young nun via another Synthesis Ritual. This created two identical consciousnesses, causing mutual Fluctlight breakdown. The nun's body stabilized only when the Cardinal sub-process took control, leading to a battle where Cardinal escaped to the Great Library Room.

Quinella subsequently managed her memory limits by deleting peripheral memories and minimizing daily activity, delegating governance to subordinates. During a confrontation with Kirito, Eugeo, and Alice at the Central Cathedral, she sustained fatal injuries. Attempting to escape via a hidden console, she was intercepted by Chudelkin; his embrace engulfed them both in flames, causing mutual demise.
