Carla Martelli is a Brazilian voice actor, dubbing director, and actress based in São Paulo. She is a graduate of the Escola de Arte Dramática at the Universidade de São Paulo (USP) and also studied at the Universidade Estadual de Campinas. Her work spans live-action dubbing and anime, where she has voiced a significant number of characters in Portuguese.

Martelli's career includes a wide range of notable anime roles. She is the voice of Shuna in the series That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime and its spin-off, The Slime Diaries. In the isekai genre, she also voices Zenith Greyrat, the mother of the protagonist in Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation, and Riho Flavin in Suppose a Kid From the Last Dungeon Boonies Moved to a Starter Town. Her repertoire includes the character Fran, the master of the titular character in Wandering Witch - The Journey of Elaina. She has also contributed to major franchises, providing the voice for Quinella in Sword Art Online: Alicization and Shizuku Yaegashi in Arifureta - From Commonplace to World's Strongest. Other credits include Namie Yaguchi in Hi Score Girl II, Reiko Ichinose in Forest of Piano, Maryrose and Rosemary in Shadows House, Brina Travis in Pacific Rim: The Black, Artoria Gremm in The Fruit of Evolution: Before I Knew It, My Life Had It Made, Parker Dōmeki in Keep Your Hands Off Eizouken!, and Finis in Lost Song. She also voices Zero in the Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon series.

Beyond anime, Martelli is recognized for her live-action dubbing work, including as Tokyo in the series La Casa de Papel and as Yoon Se-ri in the Korean drama Crash Landing on You. She also serves as a dubbing director, having directed the Portuguese version of the Netflix film The Kissing Booth.
