Description
Sister Jill, leader of the Panther Claw organization, adopts the undercover identity Inspector Genet as an infiltration strategy. Posing as a mysterious police inspector transferred from France to assist the Panther Claw Criminal Investigative Services (PCIS), Genet gains direct access to Honey Kisaragi and her allies. This disguise allows her to covertly advance Panther Claw's objectives and manipulate events from within the very agency tasked with combating her criminal activities.

Genet's primary motivation remains acquiring the Atmospheric Element Condenser embedded within Honey. Leveraging her position, she studies Honey's capabilities, orchestrates confrontations between Honey and Panther Claw operatives, and psychologically torments her target by fostering a false sense of trust. She manipulates Honey's relationships, notably exploiting Natsuko Aki's romantic feelings for Honey to sow discord and vulnerability. Genet's interactions display calculated charisma and a veneer of professionalism, masking her underlying sadism and obsession with corrupting Honey's innocence.

Physically, Genet appears as a tall, buxom woman with blonde hair, typically wearing a brown overcoat. She forgoes Sister Jill's purple mask and flamboyant attire but retains distinctive purple eyeliner. Her true nature surfaces when she discards the Genet alias, reverting to Sister Jill's signature appearance: a red suit, purple mask resembling pointed ears, sharp claws, and a whip-like tail accessory.

The Inspector Genet persona appears exclusively within the *Cutie Honey Universe* narrative. Sister Jill operates openly without this law enforcement alter ego in other adaptations like the original manga, earlier anime series (*Cutie Honey Flash*), OVAs (*Re: Cutie Honey*), or live-action films (*Cutie Honey* 2004, *Cutie Honey: Tears*). While her role commanding Panther Claw and pursuing the Condenser device remains consistent across most media, the dual identity as Inspector Genet is specific to *Universe*.
