TV-Series
Description
Blitz Fox is a kitsune-like Pyrus Bakugan and partner to Athena Monde. She debuted combating invasive plants from Vestroia, utilizing her fire abilities to contain the outbreak, aided by her Nanogan companion Scorcher in frequent battles.
Initially possessing a base power of 600 Bs, Blitz Fox developed two distinct Elemental Evolved Forms through combat experience: Strength Mode and Speed Mode, each elevating her power to 800 Bs. Strength Mode focuses on enhanced physical bulk and attacks like Lava Bombs, while Speed Mode emphasizes agility with techniques such as Fireball Blitz and Blazing Lasso. Achieving Speed Mode proved challenging, marked by repeated unsuccessful attempts and visible frustration during battles against Drago. This struggle culminated in a loss of emotional control requiring intervention from Magnus and Nillious.
Her combat repertoire includes signature abilities like Searing Slash (initially misnamed Raging Claw), Fire Spiral, and Inferno Rift, which summons magma rocks. As an early adopter of Nano-Gear technology, she accessed the Magma Scorcher technique. Blitz Fox also employs cooperative tactics, teaming with Pegatrix for combined attacks like Double Trouble against shared foes.
In physical gameplay, Blitz Fox appears across multiple factions with varied B-Power ratings and damage capabilities, including a Diamond variant reaching 1500 B-Power. The Platinum Series features die-cast metal construction with enhanced detailing reflecting her evolved states. Her character development involves acknowledging past mistakes during emotional outbursts and gradually mastering both evolved forms. Key battles include defeating Drago using Speed Mode's Fireball Blitz and collaborating with allies like Ninjiton and Serpillious against Krakelios.
A regional difference exists: Blitz Fox is presented as female in most releases but depicted as male in the Japanese adaptation.
