Nagamasa Mora is a second-year hero course student and class representative at the prestigious Shiketsu High School. His entire body is covered in thick, light brown hair that obscures all his features except for his occasionally visible eyes. He wears a minimal hero costume consisting of dark pants, a belt, and Shiketsu’s mandatory peaked cap. Polite and reasonable, Nagamasa holds himself to strict standards and values his school's reputation. He readily corrects reckless behavior from his peers and is willing to build positive relationships with rival schools. His Quirk, Extend-o-Hair (Shinmō), allows him to lengthen and manipulate the thick hair covering his body, which he uses in both combat and rescue operations. During the Provisional Hero License Exam, Nagamasa quickly passed the first phase and later apologized to Katsuki Bakugo for a classmate's rudeness. In the rescue phase, he corrected a peer for improper rescue protocol and assisted in subduing simulated villains. He was one of only two Shiketsu students to pass the exam that day. Afterward, he noted a classmate’s strange behavior, unknowingly hinting at a villain’s infiltration. Years later, in the Final War, Nagamasa and other Shiketsu students first escorted evacuees before joining the battle at Gunga Mountain, where they fought clones created by Twice. They later volunteered as reinforcements at Mount Fuji. His official stats are Power 3/6, Speed 3/6, Technique 4/6, Wits 5/6, and Face Recognizability 1/6. Eight years after the war, he graduated from Shiketsu High.
