Description
Richard Riesman, alias Gil T. Cigar, masquerades as a contestant in the Trans-America Wild Race while secretly commanding the Thousand Three—a dwindling outlaw faction formerly known as the Thousand Seven. Beneath his façade of charm lies Gil the Butcher, a moniker earned through merciless brutality and a creed that equates power with the spread of suffering. His dual nature blends calculated civility with orchestrated terror, manipulating events from the shadows.

Commissioned by a railroad tycoon to derail the race and preserve trains’ supremacy, Gil double-crosses his patron, murdering him to usurp the sabotage plot. He kidnaps mechanic Sophia Taylor, leveraging hostages and ransom threats to destabilize the competition. Ruthless discipline defines his leadership; he maims underlings with precise gunfire for incompetence before finishing them, ensuring obedience through dread.

Gil’s grand design centers on detonating a bomb-laden train at Chicago Station, a spectacle of carnage intended to validate his "Might Makes Right" ideology. The plot unravels when adversaries outmaneuver him, culminating in his capture and subsequent imprisonment. Though cunning, his arrogance blinds him to opponents’ resourcefulness, sealing his downfall.

Sporting disheveled ash-white hair and a cross-shaped scar slicing across his cheek, Gil dons a black ensemble over a rose-hued shirt, juxtaposing menace with eccentric flair. His gang members brandish crimson serpent tattoos, marking their allegiance. The GT3, his modified race car, mirrors his blend of precision and theatricality. Driven by a hunger to rule anarchic frontiers, his veneer of control cracks under resistance, revealing a volatile core that rages against defeat, unable to concede gracefully.
