Sérgio Moreno is a Brazilian voice actor, known for his extensive work dubbing anime, animated series, and films for the Brazilian Portuguese market. He was born in 1968 in Resende, Rio de Janeiro, and began his career in dubbing in 1994, working in both Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo.

Moreno has built a career voicing a wide array of characters. In anime, he is recognized for his roles as Ken Masters in Street Fighter II Victory and Street Fighter II: The Animated Movie, and as Chrollo Lucilfer in the 1999 series of Hunter X Hunter. He also provided the second voice for Makoto Shishio in Samurai X and voiced Captain Ginyu in Dragon Ball Z.

Beyond anime, his voice has been featured in numerous other projects. He was the first voice of Patrick Star in the Brazilian Portuguese version of SpongeBob SquarePants and voiced Mickey Mouse in Disney productions until 2009. He also voiced the title character in the animated series Donkey Kong Country, based on the video game. His work extends to video games, where he voiced Geralt of Rivia in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and Pagan Min in Far Cry 4.

Moreno continues to be active in the voice acting industry. Recent roles include voicing the Wolf in Puss in Boots: The Last Wish, Yhwach in Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War, and the character Chamber in the game Valorant. He operates his own dubbing studio for his work.
