During *Lostorage incited WIXOSS*, Shouhei loses all his coins to Chinatsu Morikawa. Consequently, Shouhei is erased, and Dona takes control of his physical body. Following this, Dona assumes Shouhei's daily life, maintaining the facade of his normal existence.

Later, inhabiting Shouhei's body, Dona encounters Chinatsu again and intervenes when she is harassed. Despite a vow to avoid further battles, Shouhei is manipulated by Chinatsu into signing a contract with Kou Satomi's network. After this decision, Dona directly questions Shouhei about the wisdom of entering the contract, demonstrating her awareness of the risks and consequences. Shouhei responds by citing Chinatsu's trembling, implying his motivation was concern for her wellbeing. This exchange underscores Dona's role as a conscious entity navigating the complexities of her existence within Shouhei's physical life.
