Description
The Super Fumina is a custom Gunpla built by Minato Sakai for the Meijin Cup Open Course, an artistic competition in *Gundam Build Fighters Try*. Designed without Fumina Hoshino’s knowledge or permission, it draws inspiration from her and her RGM-237C Powered GM Cardigan. The Gunpla resembles Fumina wearing a yellow-and-white maid outfit styled after the mobile suit. Its model number, SF-01, stands for both “Sakai Favorite No.1” and “Super Fumina.”

The build employs an anime-style painting technique where shading shifts with viewing angle. Its joints are sculpted to be nearly invisible while preserving high mobility. Ultra-fine fibers create smooth, realistic hair, and soft resin mimics human skin on the torso. The face features expressive, blinking eyes. Lightly armored for agility, the Gunpla can easily evade attacks, and its outfit-like armor can be cast off if damaged. The waist is 10% thinner than the real Fumina’s.

Armament mirrors the Powered GM Cardigan, including two large rifles on the backpack, two shields that emit beam blades and act as remote bits, concealed triple-barrel Gatling guns in the arms, shoulder-mounted beam sabers, and a handheld beam machine gun. A unique feature involves candy-like items stored in a waist pocket that transform into chibi Fumina dummies when blown on; these dummies disrupt enemy movement.

In *Gundam Build Fighters Try*, the Super Fumina faced Yuuma Kousaka’s Lightning Zeta Gundam in the Meijin Cup. Despite superior build quality, the Lightning Zeta won because Minato lacked Fumina’s permission, causing her embarrassment. The disputed result led to a Gunpla Battle interrupted by Sekai Kamiki’s Kamiki Burning Gundam.

In the *Gundam Build Fighters: Battlogue* episode “The Adventures of Fumina and Gyanko,” the Gunpla is personified as Command Fumina. In this fictional narrative, Command Fumina and Hyper Gyanko are warriors of justice seeking the castle of Evil Mold Miyaga. They aid Bearbear Village, whose Beargguy parents were abducted by Acguy heads—UFO-like objects holding a grudge over leftover parts. After being overwhelmed, the villagers recharge Command Fumina and Hyper Gyanko with Gunpla LED units. Command Fumina summons the Star Winning Gundam to armor up as Winning Fumina and uses the Falling Star Rainbow technique to send the Acguy heads back to the Shizuoka factory to be reborn as new parts.

This *Battlogue* depiction presents the Gunpla in a parody of magical girl anime tropes, with the models as characters in a self-contained story separate from their builders.
