Description
Chinagguy originates from *Gundam Build Fighters* as a Gunpla mash-up blending China Kousaka's traits with Beargguy III elements. Its concept depicts a girl clad in a mobile suit costume, incorporating China Kousaka's signature red ribbons and eyewear. Integrated gimmicks in the head and forearms define this costume; removing it reveals a purely humanoid figure. Though prioritizing aesthetics over combat functionality, the unit exhibits unexpected battle potential.
Distinctive design elements include China Eyewear with red frames coordinating with ribbons, plus Beargguy Hands featuring frilled forearms and paw pads. Interchangeable headbands offer two styles: one reflecting China Kousaka and another with bear ears (Beargguy type). The bear ear variant may suggest enhanced communication but emphasizes visual charm.
Chinagguy debuted in *Gundam Build Fighters*' ending sequence. It later appeared in the OVA *GM's Counterattack*, displayed in Seiho Academy's clubroom beside other Gunpla and Sei and Reiji's championship trophy.
In *Battlogue* Episode 3, Chinagguy guards Bearbear Village—a settlement of Petit’GGuys. It initially confronts warriors Super Fumina and Hyper Gyanko before permitting entry after verifying their identities. Chinagguy explains that UFO-like objects abducted the village's Beargguys, voicing concern that some Petit’GGuys doubt reassurances about their safety. After Fumina and Gyanko locate the captive Beargguys and battle hostile Acguy heads, Chinagguy rallies Petit’GGuys to hold up Gunpla LED units. This action channels energy to recharge the warriors during their fight against a giant Acguy formation. Post-conflict, Chinagguy oversees the Beargguys' safe return to the village.
