Description

Repeated losses to his stepbrother Kazumi Onimaru and subsequent expulsion from the family alongside his mother extinguished his passion for the game.
He reconnects with Vanguard after encountering Chrono Shindou at Card Capital 2, requesting rule refreshers. During their first duel, he forfeits prematurely despite having a Heal Trigger, exposing a habit of surrendering at early setbacks—a reflection of his fear of failure.
