Description
Yuuki Utsugi originates from Hitachinaka, Ibaraki Prefecture and operates as the 75mm loader, radio operator, and navigator for Ōarai Girls Academy's Rabbit Team. Her initial motivation for joining sensha-dō was a belief it would impress her boyfriend. Following Ōarai's exhibition match against St. Gloriana Girls' College, where she and teammate Ayumi Yamagou abandoned their M3 Lee under heavy fire, she reported her boyfriend ended their relationship and later sought relationship advice from Saori Takebe.
She exhibits a patient and generally perky disposition with occasional naivety. During the match against Pravda Girls High School, she suggested applying a bandage to the M3 Lee's damaged gun. In OVA 2 ("Survival War!"), she played with tent herrings alongside Hana Isuzu.
