Formerly designated Subject #1 in the Hoshimiya Agency's experiment converting human thoughts into energy, his confinement ended with the First Great Destruction. He emerged revering Eiji Hoshimiya—whom he blames for the catastrophe—as a deity. His Order ability manifests dimensional warp gates through zippers, enabling spatial distortion and transportation for tactical movement. As Tenth Hand, he contributes to Group of Ten strategy sessions on Kyushu's independence and Eiji Hoshimiya's potential. He later attends the Yamaguchi meeting, planning Japan's invasion and the defeat of a Heavy Rock Star Order User. During a teleconference with Japan's prime minister, Ayahito witnesses the executions of the Group of Ten's Tokyo-based relatives, causing profound distress. After the failed Second Great Destruction—thwarted by a comrade's sacrifice—his status shifts to missing. Ayahito Sundan's design features consistent black hair and sharp teeth.
