Tōru Minegishi is the husband of Kazue Takanashi and executive assistant to his mother-in-law, Shizuka Takanashi. Previously divorced from Kazue for most of the series, they reconciled after an incident where Mahiru Inami struck him due to her androphobia. Following this event, Minegishi approached Kazue with visible injuries, expressing a desire to restore their relationship to its former intensity, specifically referencing the dynamic of her abuse.
