Irori is a 12-year-old girl standing 102 cm tall, the younger sister of Hibachi, a ninja from the Chinpou Style clan specializing in explosive techniques. She wears a distinctive pink ninja-like kimono featuring a large bow tied on the back and styles her hair in two ponytails.

She exhibits a strong protective instinct toward her village, dedicated to safeguarding her home despite her small stature. Irori possesses a notable fondness for her older sister Hibachi, often seeking physical closeness like cuddling against Hibachi's chest, reflecting her admiration and respect.

Irori utilizes foundational ninja skills inherited from her clan, though her abilities are limited by her youth and inexperience compared to Hibachi. Her techniques include employing animals, most prominently a flying squirrel for messaging, used practically during missions such as confronting the Rokorou pair in the Sanada Yukimura incident.

Following that incident, she develops romantic feelings for Jinbei Tsukishima, a constable of the Mushibugyo. This leads her to relocate to Edo, where she begins working at Haru's shop.
