Initially a loyal First Lieutenant, Junior Grade, and second-in-command of the Trident's Valiancer Unit for the Zogilia Republic, Bizon pilots the swift Nebiros Valiancer. He later transitions to the Coupling Valiancer Nergal and ultimately commands the massive Stand Alone Mode Karkinos, which emits jamming signals to disrupt enemy Coupling systems. His tactical skill and piloting prowess make him a dangerous adversary, capable of challenging veterans like Lee Conrad and Dio Weinberg.

Beginning as a calm, confident soldier devoted to Zogilia and showing care for comrades, his all-consuming obsession with Hina and fierce rivalry with Aoba Watase trigger a descent into volatility. Confined to a wheelchair and masked, his psyche deteriorates into vengeful madness. He commissions the Karkinos, prioritizing the destruction of Aoba and Hina at any cost, sacrificing allies and initiating a suicide attack aimed at devastating Earth.
