Description
Yael Okuzaki operates as a professional hitman who prepares gravestones for targets before assassinations, establishing a signature calling card. He throws a six-sided die before each assignment to determine the number of bullets used, reflecting confidence and precision. No target survives once marked.

He conceals a bionic eye under an eyepatch, enabling surveillance camera hacking for real-time intelligence and enhanced targeting during sniping missions. While sniping, he wears sunglasses and exclusively dons identical white Prada suits, maintaining multiple spares in his hideout and custom briefcase.

Specializing in long-range marksmanship, he crafts custom firearms and homemade bullets optimized for accuracy. His armament includes a custom .22 caliber pistol for close combat and a high-precision sniper rifle for engagements exceeding one kilometer. The pistol’s lightweight design allows rapid draw speed, though its rounds deflect against heavier-caliber bullets. He employs a modified blue Maserati Ghibli with bulletproof glass, a hood-mounted minigun, and reinforced construction for pursuits.

Commissioned by East Doroan government, he assassinated singer Queen Malta in West Doroa but failed to kill her bodyguard, Daisuke Jigen. Later, he infiltrated an East Doroa police station by concealing weapon components in a suitcase beneath cigars and office supplies. On the rooftop, he rolled a four on his die and shot Jigen in the shoulder while wounding Arsène Lupin III in the leg. He engaged both in a tunnel chase using the Maserati’s minigun and shot Jigen in the head at a dockyard, later revealed as a staged death with fake blood and delayed surveillance feeds.

His tactics prioritize psychological manipulation, taunting Lupin after Jigen’s apparent death and arranging preemptive gravestones for Lupin and Fujiko Mine. During a graveyard duel, a die roll of one prompted an immediate kill attempt that missed when Jigen countered his surveillance. Jigen shot him in the chest and knee. A final duel ended with Jigen’s bullet shattering Yael’s firing arm bone after deflecting his lighter round, permanently crippling his marksmanship and ending his career.

He resurfaced later with a cybernetic replacement arm, restoring his sniper capability. During this appearance, he assassinated Codfrey to prevent exposure of modified human secrets.

His hideout contains a workshop for weapon fabrication, communication devices, robotic prototypes, and spare suits. He adheres to a strict code: eliminating only contracted targets, protecting client confidentiality, and avoiding unnecessary inquiries, operating with cold, tool-like efficiency.
