Movie
Description
Mana Aida is a fourteen-year-old second-year student at Oogai First Middle School, where she serves as the highly respected student council president. She is the main protagonist of the season DokiDoki! Precure and transforms into the hero Cure Heart, whose motif is the heart suit. Her fairy partner is a small creature named Sharuru. Mana is defined by her boundless energy and an instinctive desire to help anyone in need, often acting first without hesitation. Her close friend Rikka playfully describes her as someone who spreads love too freely, and her own catchphrase as Cure Heart is “Overflowing love! Cure Heart!” She is naturally optimistic and radiates a cheerful leadership that inspires trust from both her peers and elders.

In the film “Precure All Stars New Stage 2: Kokoro no Tomodachi,” Mana and her teammates—Rikka Hishikawa, Alice Yotsuba, and Makoto Kenzaki—receive an invitation to a party at the Fairy Academy. When a mysterious shadow steals the transformation items of many Cures, rendering them unable to fight, Mana’s team becomes one of the few groups still able to act. Her unwavering determination and caring nature drive her to protect the academy and help the other Cures recover their powers. She works closely with the Smile Precure team and the fairies Grell and En-En, demonstrating her ability to cooperate across different groups and her willingness to encourage those who feel lost.

Her motivation stems from a deep desire to protect people’s hearts from selfishness and harm, a core value that connects to the themes of love and selflessness in her series. As a leader, she grows by learning to balance her impulsive kindness with careful thought, but she never loses her core belief in the power of love and friendship. Her notable abilities as Cure Heart include the attacks Lovely Force Arrow and Lovely Straight Flush, which she performs using her transformation device, the Lovely Commune, and a set of Cure Loveads. She channels a pink aura when powering up, and her fighting style emphasizes heart-shaped energy and purification. Throughout the movie, her role is that of a steadfast, encouraging figure who helps rally the Cures and rekindle hope among the fairies, embodying the message that love and friendship can overcome darkness.
