Description
Mana Aida is a cheerful and academically gifted second-year student at Oogai First Middle School, recognized for her strong leadership and athletic talent, earning widespread trust. Her deep kindness motivates proactive help for others, though she sometimes acts impulsively without weighing consequences. This boldness leads her to confront danger directly, even lecturing antagonists. She displays remarkable open-mindedness, readily accepting phenomena like fairy mascots and magical transformations.

Transforming into Cure Heart, she becomes a warrior embodying the heart suit, declaring herself with "The overflowing love! Cure Heart!!" Her design features bright blonde hair in heart-shaped loops, a pink dress with winged sleeves, and heart-themed accessories. In battle, she joins fellow Cures to unleash the collaborative attack "Pretty Cure Collaboration Punch, New Stage!"

Relationships define her. She shares a profound childhood bond with Rikka Hishikawa (Cure Diamond), her secretary, and Alice Yotsuba (Cure Rosetta), recalling frequent elementary school interactions where Mana notably defended Alice from bullies. She admires idol Kenzaki Makoto (Cure Sword), later becoming her teammate and friend. Her fairy partner, Sharuru, shares mutual respect with Mana and aspires to emulate her after experiencing temporary human form. Further connections include a complex friendship with Regina and mentorship from Aguri Madoka (Cure Ace), who initially challenged her growth.

In *New Stage 3*, EnEn and Gureru from the Fairy Academy contact the Doki Doki! Pretty Cure team, including Mana as Cure Heart, to investigate children like Megumi Aino falling into mysterious comas. Guided by Blue, Mana and her teammates enter a dream world to confront Maamu, a fairy trapping children to prevent them forgetting her son Yumeta. After Maamu steals a Pretty Cure textbook and entraps most Cures in their dreams, Mana is initially captured. She later breaks free alongside others upon realizing the importance of self-fulfillment, empowered by Miracle Lights from awakened children, and joins the collective battle against Maamu's nightmares, contributing to the victory that frees the comatose children.

A past trauma shapes her: four years prior, her dog Marshmallow died in an accident while she visited her hospitalized grandmother, leaving an enduring mark and informing her empathetic motivations. Her name reflects her character; "Aida" (相田) combines characters for "togetherness" and "field," referencing her closeness to others, while "Mana" (マナ) relates to "love," aligning with her loving nature and heart motif.

Within the *New Stage 3* ensemble, Cure Heart is among the select Cures with speaking lines and active narrative participation, contrasting with non-speaking background Cures like Moonlight or Muse.
