Ashley Vancroft is a Brazilian American character who moved to Japan to study robotics. She stands 1.78 meters tall with long black hair usually worn in a ponytail and distinctive yellow eyes. Her attire consists of a white jacket with black stripes and gray streaks on each side, black pants featuring white stripes, and black-and-white sneakers.

While employed part-time at a robotics factory, Ashley met Michelle Jaeger. This encounter led to their collaboration, forming the musical duo Snow Wolf. Within Snow Wolf, Ashley is the bassist and co-vocalist. The duo competes in the Extreme Hearts league as relatively new entrants, supported by their manager robot, Reni.

During the Kanagawa Prefectural finals, Ashley and Michelle provided medical assistance to injured players, including temporarily bandaging an injured foot to enable a participant to continue competing. Snow Wolf performed as the opening act at a concert following the tournament, playing their song "Hydrangea." They later accompanied the main group RISE during RISE's performance.
