Description
Jolteon appears in the anime short "Pikachu to Eevee Friends" during a gathering of Eevee evolutions. Present at a buffet hosted by Sylveon alongside Vaporeon, Flareon, Umbreon, Espeon, Leafeon, and Glaceon, this depicts Jolteon in a social Pokémon context.

Jolteon recurs as a character in the "Pokémon Talk" series, acting as the unofficial leader of the "Eeveelution Brothers," a group originally with three members. His primary focus is recruiting other Eevee evolutions into this group. He frequently barges into situations uninvited and speaks before his cue, reflecting an impulsive and high-strung disposition.

Exhibiting hyperactivity and impulsiveness, Jolteon often acts before thinking. This leads to clumsiness, like accidentally colliding with stationary Glaceon. His eagerness to recruit causes him to misjudge situations, such as initially avoiding Eevee due to its unevolved state or making incorrect assumptions about Glaceon's personality based solely on appearance.

A significant development occurs when Jolteon accidentally causes Eevee to evolve into Vaporeon. Prior to "Water My Options," he attempted to recruit Eevee but mistakenly left a bucket of Water Stones in its path. Eevee's contact with them triggered an unintended evolution. Despite this error, Jolteon successfully recruited the newly evolved Vaporeon.

In "Cold Shoulder," Jolteon initially avoided Glaceon due to unfounded assumptions but eventually recognized his mistake and recruited him. Later, in "Flareon Has No Moves," he urgently recruited Flareon after seeing its appearance on a broadcast.

His group involvement extends to collective actions, such as joining a mob against Pikachu in the "Finale" episode and participating in musical performances during the "Christmas Musical Special."

Jolteon founded the "Eeveelution Brothers" and continuously seeks to expand its membership across various encounters. His development illustrates a pattern of initial missteps followed by eventual recruitment success, alongside recurring traits like anxiety-driven interruptions and physical mishaps.
