Description
Thirteen-year-old Seira Hoshikawa channels the Star card from the Elemental Tarot, unleashing icy projectiles from her bow and arrow and conjuring magical machine gun-like energy barrages. Her magical girl transformation elongates her pigtails, replaces star-shaped hairbands with ice spike accessories, and forms ice crystals on her palms, shifting her hair color slightly into a gradient effect.

Driven by intense focus and strict discipline, Seira dedicates herself to rigorous physical conditioning to maximize combat efficiency against Daemonia. This fierce resolve stems from witnessing her childhood best friend Manami brutally impaled by a Daemonia right before her eyes. This trauma ignited a deep-seated hatred for all Daemonia and a perception of their human hosts as weak-willed individuals succumbing to greed. Her uncompromising stance, demanding immediate extermination without hesitation, sparks friction with teammates like Akari Taiyo, whose attempts to understand the Daemonia's voices Seira dismisses as a hindrance. Despite her outwardly cold and distant demeanor towards teammates, Seira interacts sociably with others, harbors an unusual fear of ghosts despite her Daemonia fearlessness, and maintains a trademark preference for chicken salad, believing it aids muscle development.

Manami's death, which young Seira helplessly observed, cemented her resolve to eradicate Daemonia and shaped her initial cold approach. Her worldview is challenged confronting a Daemonia possessing Minori, a friend who contracted to save another friend's life. This forces Seira to question her black-and-white view of hosts as irredeemably weak, culminating in a breakdown where she weeps, comforted by Akari. Akari facilitated a final conversation between Seira and the Daemonia-possessed Manami before her defeat. This experience compels Seira to acknowledge nuance, becoming more open-minded towards Akari's perspective and the complexities of infection. She also temporarily lost her powers after being bitten by a Daemonia-infected Luna, though later recovered them.
