Physically, she has green hair styled in twin tails adorned with bell-tied ribbons, green tsurime eyes, and stands slightly taller than Mao Amatsuka. She wears bells to prevent getting lost. Tamaki habitually carries a concealed camera, capturing photos of club members frequently without their awareness. She exhibits an immense appetite, consuming snacks like potato chips and entire cakes during club sessions. A unique metabolic trait prevents weight gain regardless of intake, sparking recurring eating contests with Megumi Amatsuka.

Her personality blends friendliness and helpfulness with self-willed tendencies, occasionally rivaling Mao. During club activities, she reads manga, rests, or naps. She has multiple younger siblings.
