Description
Kazuya Gordon, also known as Kazuya Daidou, is a 14-year-old male from Earth. He possesses dark blue hair, typically worn in a ponytail, and honey-colored eyes. His attire includes a blue vest with yellow and orange accents over a maroon t-shirt, white pants featuring red lines and belts, and blue shoes.

Kazuya exhibits a hot-blooded and intensely competitive nature, often prioritizing racing over regular meals. Despite a tough exterior, he demonstrates underlying kindness, sympathy, tenderness, and a strong sense of justice. He idolizes Zero, the top racer in space, and frequently voices his ambition to become the universe's fastest racer with the phrase "faster than anyone." Psychologically, he is an ISTP personality type, characterized by quiet observation before action, logical decision-making, analytical problem-solving, attention to detail, and a willingness to take risks. He also fits the Enneagram Type 8w7 "Challenger," displaying confidence, assertiveness, competitiveness, and occasional stubbornness or unwillingness to compromise.

He trained at Earth's Scan2Go Training Facility under Coach Ray and inherited the car Eagle, later known as Falgor, from his father. This car symbolizes a yellow phoenix and embodies his racing spirit. Kazuya founded and led the Junior Earth Team (J.E.T.), which evolved into Team J.E.T. Its core members are Fiona Ryder, Myron Seagram, Diego Montana, and eventually Shiro Sutherland, alongside auxiliary members like Ray, System P.E.L., and Tsukikage.

Leaving Earth due to its initial lack of enthusiasm for Scan2Go, Kazuya journeyed across the universe to hone his racing skills. Scan2Go races are one-lap sprints using miniature autonomous cars controlled via power-up cards (determining turbo strength) and turbo cards (determining boost frequency). Racers must strategically navigate hazardous tracks and deploy power boosts tactically. His primary antagonist is Ryu Kaizel, who dismantled the Scan2Go committee and sought to exploit negative human emotions to destroy the universe, becoming Kazuya's greatest rival.

Kazuya's character evolves from an impulsive, speed-obsessed racer seeking individual glory to a collaborative leader valuing team cohesion. Early on, he recklessly attempted to pilot his team’s ship alone to planet Gurao, disregarding his teammates' readiness. Mentorship from Shiro Sutherland, who emphasized that caring for one's car is fundamental to being a racer, taught him greater responsibility and the importance of trust. Confronting Ryu Kaizel’s destructive methods – which weaponized racing cars for energy blasts and gravity manipulation – necessitated teamwork and strategic unity to counter threats like a universe-annihilating black hole. This evolution involved acknowledging past mistakes and adapting his leadership to integrate teammates' strengths while maintaining unwavering determination to win the Galaxy Racing Championship.

High synchronization with his car, Falgor, during races provided tactical advantages but conveyed virtual damage as physical reactions. This link enabled feats like faster-than-light speeds in critical confrontations, underscoring the sport's inherent risks. His core motivation remains consistent: achieving the title of the universe's fastest racer while upholding his sense of justice and protecting others from threats like Ryu Kaizel.
