Description
Kamille serves as a soldier in Delta Squad, an Alliance special forces unit protecting the human colony on Fehl Prime starting in 2183. Her core personality reflects sincerity and obedience, while her combat training proves highly effective on the battlefield. Within the squad, her role involves deploying heavy firepower during engagements, frequently coordinated with squadmate Essex's biotic support.

During Delta Squad's initial 2183 deployment to Fehl Prime, Kamille survives their shuttle's crash landing amidst a Blood Pack mercenary attack. She participates in Lieutenant James Vega's counterattack, flanking enemy positions alongside Essex. Their combined efforts devastate enemy ranks until an incident where Essex accidentally hurls a varren onto her using biotics. Though she recovers, this fuels her evident frustration with Essex. Following the mission's success, she physically strikes Essex in retaliation and explicitly thanks Vega for the victory.

By 2185, Kamille maintains an openly acknowledged romantic relationship with fellow squad member Mason. She consistently rebuffs Essex's persistent romantic advances, reinforcing boundaries through verbal dismissals and physical reactions. Her operational duties continue, including investigating a mysterious jamming signal near the colony. During this reconnaissance, she observes the absence of colonists and later witnesses them paralyzed by Collector seeker swarms. Her dry humor surfaces in a logistical comment about the assignment.

When Collectors launch a full-scale invasion, Kamille provides covering fire during Delta Squad's retreat toward an anti-ship cannon. After the cannon's destruction, she defends the squad's withdrawal onto a tram from its roof. Depleted of thermal clips during this action, Collector drones capture her while Essex is distracted by seeker swarms. Kamille undergoes horrific physical transformation by the Collectors, becoming partially integrated into a Praetorian construct. Her upper torso and head remain visibly recognizable within the biomechanical horror. This abomination attacks the underground labs, provoking Mason's impulsive and fatal attempt to save her. The Praetorian subsequently perishes after falling into industrial machinery during combat with remaining squad members.

Kamille's capture and transformation directly trigger Mason's death and influence the squad's tactical decisions during the Collector confrontation. Her physical remains are destroyed alongside the Praetorian.
