Description
Hideo Tsuda works as an emergency room surgeon at Irabu General Hospital and is the father of Yuta Tsuda, a high school student previously treated for compulsive texting. His story focuses on the difficulty of balancing intense medical duties with family responsibilities. Professional pressure triggers a unique physical manifestation: feathers sprout across his body. This transformation differs from the animal motifs seen in other patients. Dr. Ichirō Irabu treats him using simultaneous intervention by all three versions of the psychiatrist, culminating in a direct extraction of Tsuda's neuroses symbolizing resolution. His narrative incorporates the thematic concept of relationships acting as psychological "canaries"—early indicators of deteriorating mental health needing attention. His background ties into broader narrative elements through his son's prior appearance, and his episode functions as an original extension of the source material, not adapting existing literary stories.
