Description
Mirepoc Finedel served as a 3rd grade Armed Librarian in the Bantorra Library and acted as instructor to Noloty Malche. Before joining the Armed Librarians, she was a reserve officer of The Empire, recruited into the organization by Hamyuts Meseta.
Quiet and reserved, she often struggled to express her true feelings, a tendency which caused her to lose focus and encounter trouble. She secretly held romantic feelings for Volken Macmani.
Her typical attire consisted of a maroon military fatigue and a consistent pair of white gloves. During a mission in Fulbeck City, she changed into a less conspicuous gown. After undergoing a Soul Transference from Chacoly Cocotte, her hair temporarily turned violet, though it later returned to its original blonde. Years afterward, as Director of the History Protection Bureau, she adopted a professional ensemble of a black blazer, skirt, heels, and tie, with her blonde hair tied in a ponytail.
She wielded a sword and a pistol but typically served in a support capacity during missions due to limited combat proficiency.
Her innate magical ability was telepathy, enabling communication across any distance with individuals whose name and appearance she knew, though it failed if the recipient refused or was unconscious. Later, she inherited a more powerful ability, Soul Transference, from Chacoly Cocotte. This magic allowed her to share the transference with a vast number of people across a wide area, extending beyond Bantorra to locations like Toatt Mine and Fulbeck City.
Near the series conclusion, when most people fell into a deep slumber due to the "Tearless Ending," Mirepoc was awakened by Yor. She discovered Hamyuts Meseta appearing dead outside her office window. While reading at her desk, she realized she had forgotten her feelings for Volken. Hamyuts communicated with her, likely through telepathy, after which Chacoly Cocotte transferred her Soul Transference ability to Mirepoc to awaken the sleeping population. This transfer temporarily changed Mirepoc’s hair to violet, a trait inherited as the ability's host.
Following the dissolution of the Armed Librarians, Mirepoc Finedel became Director of the History Protection Bureau. Her office was decorated with photoframes of the past and present.
