Shannon Emerick is an American voice actress known for her work in English-language dubs of Japanese anime, primarily with studios such as ADV Films, Seraphim Digital, and Sentai Filmworks. Born in Dallas, Texas, she graduated from Yale University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theater Studies and English. Her career in voice acting began in 2004, and she has been active in the industry since then.

Beyond voice acting, Emerick is an accomplished stage actress in the Houston area, a foundation that has informed her character work in anime. Her theater performances have earned her critical acclaim, including the Best Actress award from the Houston Press on two separate occasions, in 2006 and again in 2011.

Emerick is frequently cast in roles that require a youthful or androgynous vocal quality, often portraying young boys or teenage characters. One of her most prominent and early roles is Charlotte Dunois from the Infinite Stratos series, a part that established her in the industry. In the music-centric series BanG Dream!, she plays Misaki Okusawa, who is also the persona of the bear mascot Michelle. Her other notable dubbed roles include Caesar in Girls und Panzer: This is the Real Anzio Battle!, Cubik Galois in Phi Brain - Puzzle of God: The Orpheus Order, and Gin Tachibana in Horizon in the Middle of Nowhere.
