Description
Finn Deimne captains the Loki Familia. This Pallum, standing roughly 1.19 meters tall with blonde hair and blue eyes, possesses a youthful look despite being over forty. He wears a yellow vest over a purple long-sleeved shirt and trousers.

Born in a Pallum mountain village, Finn's race once revered the goddess Fianna, later revealed to be deified knights. Following this revelation, the Pallum people declined, submitting to stronger races. Finn resented his parents and fellow Pallums for this submission, leading him to secretly seek knowledge by reading books in the village chief's house. At age ten, monsters attacked his village at night. His parents sacrificed themselves to save him while other villagers abandoned them. Witnessing both despair from the abandonment and courage from his parents' sacrifice, Finn buried his parents himself and resolved to become the "light" of the Pallum race. He renamed himself Finn, experiencing a tingling sensation in his thumb.

He later encountered the goddess Loki in Preblica village. Finn volunteered to join her Familia, declaring his ambition to restore hope and pride to the Pallum race by becoming one of Orario's strongest adventurers. He set two conditions: Loki must support his cause and not interfere with his search for a Pallum wife to bear a descendant. Loki agreed and granted him a falna, which immediately revealed two skills and one magic. Finn recruited Riveria Ljos Alf and Gareth Landrock, forming the core leadership of the Loki Familia. They traveled the world for years, ranking up together after four years, sheltered later by Njord before entering Orario.

Fifteen years ago, Finn served as a supporter for the Zeus and Hera Familias during their battle against the Behemoth, witnessing the legendary beast's subjugation. Seven years ago, he reached Level 6 after defeating Valletta and the remnants of the Apate and Alecto Familias in the Great Feud. He later achieved Level 7 alongside Riveria and Gareth.

Finn possesses a sharp mind, excelling at memorization, judgment, and decisive action. He typically selects the safest options but confidently takes calculated risks when necessary. As a leader, he deeply cares for his Familia members, tracking their progress and mourning their losses. He protects lower-ranking members while fostering their strength. He approaches others respectfully and diplomatically, though he displays aggression when loved ones are threatened or against serious dangers. Eloquent and skilled at motivating others through speeches, he serves as a pillar of support and inspiration. Finn recognizes the skills of first-class adventurers across Familias and acknowledges exceptional feats of courage, like Bell Cranel's fight against a Minotaur.

Driven by his ambition to restore Pallum pride, Finn meticulously cultivated his heroic image. During the Xenos incident, he initially chose to exterminate the intelligent monsters despite recognizing their sentience, fearing damage to his reputation. This led him to conclude he was an "artificial hero," acting for status rather than genuine heroism. He developed respect for Bell Cranel as a "true hero" acting on conviction. After witnessing Bell's efforts to save the Xenos and his battle with Asterius, Finn reconsidered his path. He ceased hostilities against the Xenos, cooperated with them, and shifted his goal from emulating Fianna to surpassing her. His strategic approach evolved to prioritize saving all allies, exemplified by his plan ensuring everyone's survival during the first Knossos assault.

As part of his racial restoration efforts, Finn seeks a brave Pallum wife to bear a child who will inherit his will. He supports other Pallum adventurers, such as secretly providing materials for Lili's crossbow and celebrating her rank advancement.

Finn is a Level 7 adventurer with immense physical prowess. His strength allows him to send high-level opponents like Revis flying considerable distances. His speed, agility, and reflexes enable him to keep pace with Allen Fromel, who moves so rapidly he appears to teleport. He exhibits high pain tolerance, continuing to fight despite severe injuries like a finger fracture or a cursed sword wound.

Before receiving his falna, Finn trained for four years under a trainee monk in the mountains, becoming a versatile melee combat master. His fighting style leverages his small frame for agility, allowing him to evade attacks and strike precisely from various angles. He uses spears with upward thrusts and sweeping moves, can dual-wield, and demonstrates proficiency with swords and knives. His combat style is fluid and strategic, contrasting with straightforward fighters like Ais Wallenstein. His experience, technique knowledge, and tactical acumen make him more formidable than his status level suggests. He excels in teamwork, particularly with Riveria and Gareth. His Development Abilities include Initiative and Chain Attack, enhancing preemptive actions and consecutive strikes.

Finn's thumb tingling serves as an intuitive warning system, alerting him to danger or critical moments. This sensation played a role in his decision to approach Loki and join her Familia.
