Description
Shinobu Ousaki, a former Seiso Academy student who won its prestigious music competition, now studies violin as a third-year university music major with additional viola proficiency. Standing 175 cm tall with red hair and brown eyes, he was born October 17 (Libra, blood type O) to parents, two younger brothers, and paternal grandparents. He returns to Seiso Academy three days weekly as an Orchestra Club intern assistant. His core motivation is sharing musical joy with listeners, driving his volunteer work teaching children violin—sometimes aided by concour participants.

Gentle and approachable, he connects effortlessly with children and elders, complementing his organizational skills in performance coordination. His calm support helps Kahoko Hino overcome a crisis of confidence when she questions her reliance on a magical violin versus peers' rigorous training; he later invites her to a children's concert, reigniting her musical passion.

In the *secondo passo* OVA, he revitalizes an ensemble by recruiting former violist Aoi Kaji. Overhearing Kahoko practice reminds him of her concours perseverance despite inexperience, inspiring him to encourage Kaji past his reluctance toward music. Beyond the main series, he appears in *ff (fortissimo)* during his college years, plus spin-offs like *Another Sky* and the mobile game *Starlight Orchestra*. His favorite food is pancakes. Throughout official media, he remains a consistent mentor figure dedicated to nurturing others' love for music through his humble, joyful approach.
