Rumaty Ivan Di Raginei is the second prince of the oil-rich fictional Southeast Asian kingdom of Raginei, positioned next in line for the throne after his elder brother, Somand. Rumaty bears a strong physical and personality resemblance to Machaty, sharing similar facial features and leadership qualities, but possesses distinctive "oriental blue" eyes that earn him a nickname from Kajika Burnsworth.
